Brooke’s Space – Interior Decorating Services
By booking, purchasing, or engaging in any services with Brooke’s Space, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. No Guarantee of Results
All interior decorating services are provided based on professional judgment, experience, and client preferences. While Brooke’s Space strives to achieve desired outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, as final outcomes may vary based on space limitations, materials, lighting, and client implementation.
2. Service-Based Liability Protection
Clients understand that all design decisions, recommendations, and implementations are ultimately their responsibility. Brooke’s Space shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from:
- Implementation of design suggestions
- Use of recommended furniture, décor, or materials
- Third-party contractors, vendors, or products
By engaging our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Brooke’s Space from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from services provided.
3. Third-Party Vendors & Products
Brooke’s Space may recommend or source items from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for delays, defects, damages, shipping issues, or performance of third-party products or services.
4. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total for service is required to secure all bookings and begin any interior decorating services. Services will not be scheduled or initiated until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services. Due to the nature of time allocation, planning, and design work, all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in project scope.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales and service fees are final. Due to the time, planning, and customization involved in interior decorating services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with design preferences or changes in personal taste.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled once.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid.
- Brooke’s Space reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $300.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their space and preferences
- Make timely decisions to avoid project delays
- Ensure a safe and accessible working environment
Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooke’s Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from services provided.
9. Modifications
Brooke’s Space reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
