Nutraceuticals have gained popularity over the past few years. Many have become more interested in healing their bodies in a more natural way. There are some studies that will be added to the bottom of this blog post that share the dangers and long-term side effects of pharmaceuticals. Which many have picked up on and more and more information comes out daily just showing the dangerous ways of western medicine. Now before I begin, I am not here to tell you don’t take that Tylenol or don’t take that muscle relaxer. I am here to share nutraceuticals with you. I am not telling you to stop taking your medication for your heart or I am not coming here to tell you to not go to the hospital if you have an emergency. I am simply sharing how nutraceuticals are more beneficial to your health and well-being, short-term and long-term. I will also be sharing a few recipes and a few simple remedies that many have tried and have found more beneficial than western medicine. This is going to be a long blog post, and I’m happy to share all of this wonderful information with you let’s begin.
